3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

3.4.1 Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel an order for products before dispatch. Orders for services may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellation fees may apply.

3.4.2 Refunds for Products

Products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Customized or special order products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

3.4.3 Refunds for Services

If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation or provide a partial or full refund at our discretion.

3.5 Warranties

All new appliances sold come with the manufacturer’s warranty. We offer additional extended warranties on selected products. Our repair services come with a 6-month warranty covering both parts and labor for the specific repair carried out.

4. Delivery and Installation

4.1 Delivery

We offer delivery services within the UK mainland. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4.2 Installation

Installation services are available for an additional fee. Our installation service does not include modifications to existing plumbing, electrical, or ventilation systems unless specifically included in your order.

5. Repair Services

5.1 Diagnosis and Quotes

We charge a standard diagnostic fee for on-site assessment of appliances. This fee will be credited toward the cost of repairs if you proceed with our service.

5.2 Parts and Labor

All replacement parts used in repairs are either manufacturer approved or high-quality compatible parts. Labor charges are based on the type of repair and time required.

5.3 Warranty Work

If your appliance is under manufacturer warranty, we will advise you accordingly and can provide manufacturer warranty service if we are an authorized service provider for that brand.

6. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services or any materials or content on the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory.
